We’d like to reassure you that any confirmed reservations will not incur cancellation fees in the instance of disrupted travel due to the global pandemic. At present, we are not taking booking deposits, so that you can plan your holiday in confidence, and be comforted knowing that your reservation is secured at no cost if your personal situation changes.

Upon arrival at The Terraces, we are committed to shielding both our customers and team from the virus. We’ve adapted our health and safety policy to reflect the recommendations made for NZ & Australian Hotels. The working policy outlines the measures we have implemented to keep all our visitors safe to the best of our ability.
