We’d like to reassure you that any confirmed reservations will not incur cancellation fees in the instance of disrupted travel due to the global pandemic. At present, we are not taking booking deposits, so that you can plan your holiday in confidence, and be comforted knowing that your reservation is secured at no cost if your personal situation changes.
Upon arrival at The Terraces, we are committed to shielding both our customers and team from the virus. I checked in The Terraces in late February - the height of the hot season. However, due to their smart architecture, I almost didn't use their a/c. The
